Postage for UK orders are charged according to weight.
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days inside UK and 28 days for outside UK in which to do so. You do not need to give a reason for returning the item. This policy does not extend to any item which has been used or any item whose seal/packaging has been removed.
Return of unwanted goods
Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with original packaging if possible. The customer must arrange for the goods to be returned at their expense; a refund for the goods (excluding original despatch costs) will be provided.
Damaged or incorrect goods
In the event that customers wish to return goods which are damaged, incomplete (e.g. missing pages from a book), or incorrect, a complete refund for the goods and the original despatch costs will be provided.
We will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
